JOB DESCRIPTION

The Global Investment Strategy (GIS) team is responsible for developing and communicating the investment narrative across J.P. Morgan Wealth Management businesses. The team has a unique and broad mandate to synthesize Wealth Management views across all asset classes, sectors, and geographies, and to share these insights via internal sales force education, external client presentations, and internal and external publications. Channels for content distribution include internal channels such as the daily Morning Meeting, and external publications such as Up to Speed, Top Market Takeaways, Asia Strategy Focus and the Key Investment Themes. The team leverages resources and relationships across the entire J.P. Morgan Private Bank franchise to synthesize our views into insightful, relatable, and actionable messages for our advisors and clients.

As an Analyst within Global Investment Strategy team, you’ll help shape how our investment views are communicated across the region – partnering with strategists and stakeholders to translate markets, macro themes, and business priorities into clear, actionable messaging for advisors and clients. You’ll be part of a dynamic and diverse global Solutions team, with a focus on tying our views and investment solutions together into a robust portfolio construction framework, with the goal of driving business results. You’ll drive the daily APAC Morning Meeting end-to-end, create high-impact content across presentations, articles, and video, and scale distribution through digital channels. With direct exposure to senior leadership, you’ll have real opportunity to influence outcomes and elevate the strategy agenda across APAC and globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the daily APAC Morning Meeting end-to-end—plan, coordinate, and execute a bank-wide forum that aligns advisors on market views, investment solutions, and business priorities.
• Partner across the Private Bank and other lines of business to develop investment themes, ideas, and clear messaging for the APAC Morning Meeting.
• Produce high-quality Investment Strategy content on tight timelines—presentations, articles, and video—working closely with partners across the Private Bank.
• Scale our investment messaging digitally by strengthening distribution channels and internal communications so views reach advisors and clients consistently and at speed.
• Support APAC and global business strategy initiatives, contributing to projects that help shape how the franchise grows.
• Collaborate with senior Global Investment Strategy leaders to develop and communicate our views, building your knowledge of macroeconomics, cross-asset investing, portfolio construction, and wealth planning.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Strong understanding (or strong interest in building it quickly) in Wealth Management and the J.P. Morgan Private Bank platform, products, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, confident written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ownership and pace—able to manage multiple workstreams with urgency, attention to detail, and minimal supervision.
• Influence and judgment—comfortable engaging stakeholders across seniority levels, synthesizing competing priorities, and making thoughtful decisions to move work forward.
• Markets and strategy foundation—working knowledge of financial markets, macro themes, investment strategy, and wealth planning concepts.
• Bilingual business proficiency required: strong English and Chinese (reading and writing).
