Overview
TDAM Investment Operations is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational enablement and ongoing support of investment and trading activities. The team ensures that all transactions, accounts, and counterparties are established, maintained, and governed in a controlled, accurate, and timely manner. Investment and trading activity is supported by appropriate documentation, account structures, counterparties, cash flows, controls, and records.

Ability to work within strict deadlines, strong problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to make a strong contribution to the team are keys to success. Experience in an investment environment and basic understanding of accounting principles.
The Wealth Operations Analyst will support and oversee market and tax documentation, ISDA amendment, broker/counterparty onboarding, and commission/research arrangements. Role partners closely with Trading, Legal, Risk and Compliance as well as external counterparties to ensure TDAM accounts, trading relationships, documentation and commission/research processes are established, executed accurately and efficiently and maintained in accordance with regulatory, control and business requirements.
