Web3 Business Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Web3 Business Architect to join iZOBI, a fast-growing platform merging everyday services with blockchain technology.

iZOBI connects real-world professionals and clients through smart contracts and $IZOBI token payments, creating a transparent and decentralized service ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing, implementing, and scaling blockchain solutions across our business model. You’ll help define token utility, shape our DeFi strategy, and build strategic partnerships that expand the reach and impact of the iZOBI ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Develop the overall Web3 business architecture and tokenomics model.
• Design token-based economic and incentive frameworks.
• Drive the integration of smart contracts and decentralized systems.
• Identify and establish key partnerships across the Web3 landscape.
• Advise company leadership on blockchain innovation and long-term business value.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, or crypto strategy.
• Strong background in business design, finance, or product architecture.
• Deep understanding of decentralized ecosystems and token economies.
