Position: Weekend Manufacturing Engineer (FOAK) – High-Impact

Location: Dorchester

Fusion Energy Base is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for weekend second shift operations in Devens, Massachusetts. In this full-time role, you will lead technical operations during non-weekday hours, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and mentor technicians in high-precision manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering and over 3 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary range is $103,000 - $166,000 and benefits include equity, flexible vacation days, and health insurance.
