A company is looking for a WFM Real Time Analyst. Key Responsibilities Monitor call queues and agent statuses in real time to facilitate communication across teams Manage real-time scheduling updates and approve off-phone activities using WFM scheduling tools Generate, validate, and analyze performance and staffing reports to optimize productivity Required Qualifications At least 2 years of college education, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Project Management, or Business Administration Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, real-time environment Experience collaborating across global teams
