Senior Data Analyst

The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Analyst within the Accounting department, you will serve as a subject matter expert in financial data collection, analysis, and reporting.You will work directly with the teams to understand the data needs, perform the analysis and deploy the results/solutions.

You will also have the opportunity to advise on resources needed to continue advancing our data solutions.

Accountable for

• Work with executives and Firm leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Assist with project management for selected projects.
• Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Process confidential data and information.
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working in data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or similar software.
• Salesforce experience is highly preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to set and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Reporting and data visualization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Compensation

• $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience
