Job Description

Senior Windows Systems Engineer to support and maintain a complex enterprise environment across Windows infrastructure, Citrix/VDI, VMware, Active Directory, and core platform services. This role is best suited for a hands‑on engineer who is strong in Windows server administration, virtualization, scripting, directory services, and systems troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows operating systems across physical and virtual environments
• Administer Citrix, VMware Horizon/View, ESX/ESXi, vCenter, and related virtual infrastructure
• Manage Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and user/security administration
• Monitor, patch, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows servers and platform services
• Support Microsoft SQL database services
• Create and maintain scripts for automation, maintenance, and system compatibility
• Provide system monitoring, performance tuning, reporting, and ongoing maintenance
• Support antivirus, print services, storage peripherals, and approved third‑party applications
• Lead build, test, deployment, and documentation activities
• Partner with technical teams, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver stable server solutions
