[Women’s Apparel Sales Data Analyst & Entry]
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the ERP system
- Improve and maintain sales efficiency
- Provide daily support to assist the sales team in decision-making
- Utilize Excel and other tools to perform extensive data analysis
- Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity
- Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of the sales team
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field (experience in the women’s apparel wholesale clothing industry preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts
- Comfortable working with large data sets
- Familiarity with ERP systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Preferred: Bilingual in Korean and English
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
