Role: Workday Financial Systems Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £95,000 - £100,000 + bonus (up to 20%)

I’m currently partnering with a global, employee-owned organisation in the insurance space that’s scaling rapidly across multiple markets and they’re looking to bring in a talented Workday Financials Systems Analyst to support and optimise their growing finance systems landscape.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 3rd line support for Workday Financials and Travel & Expenses

• Partnering with business users to troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance system functionality

• Driving consistency in global finance system design while accommodating local requirements

• Collaborating with project teams and external partners to maintain system integrity

• Supporting system testing, releases, and user training across multiple countries

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials (user or consultant level)

• Knowledge across key finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, AP/AR)

• Experience supporting large-scale, global system implementations

• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders

• Ideally, exposure to insurance or financial services environments
