Workday Financials Functional Consultant

A company is looking for a Functional Consultant specializing in Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design sessions for the Foundation Data Model (FDM) and configure business processes

Oversee data migration and mapping of legacy financial data into Workday

Develop test scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate financial controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred

5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials and at least one full lifecycle implementation

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Workday modules such as Record to Report (R2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P)

Experience with Foundation Data Model (FDM) architecture

Ability to mentor and train internal teams on Workday functionalities
