Workday HCM Product Analyst

A company is looking for a Workday Product Analyst (HCM). Key Responsibilities Builds and maintains a deep understanding of HR business processes and Workday HCM usage Analyzes business requirements and recommends optimal Workday solutions aligned with business needs Partners with HR process owners and Technology Solutions to ensure effective implementation and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Product/Project Management, or equivalent preferred At least three years of experience in Workday HCM functionality Advanced knowledge in three or more Workday HCM modules Thorough understanding of Business Process Configuration, Security, and Report Writing Preferred knowledge in Custom Fields and Custom Objects Creation and Maintenance
