We are looking for an ambitious Workers' Compensation Risk Manager to spearhead and enhance a regional workers' compensation program for a prominent aviation client. The Risk Manager will be accountable for the regional strategy, performance, and operational execution of the workers' compensation program. You will collaborate closely with the aviation client's Risk Management team, insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and key business partners to ensure effective claims management, financial accountability, and exemplary support for injured crewmembers.
Your responsibilities include overseeing daily claims activity, leading claim reviews and investigations, and providing advanced technical guidance across the lifecycle of workers' compensation claims. Successful candidates will adeptly balance strategic oversight with operational management and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in a high-profile setting.
This position requires confidence in navigating uncertainty, blending strategic planning with hands-on leadership, and demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Compensation: Salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additional performance-based incentives may apply.

Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required. Advanced industry designations (CPCU, AIC, ARM) are preferred.
Experience: Minimum five years of progressive experience in workers' compensation claims and at least two years in a leadership role. You should have a solid understanding of complex, multi-state portfolios and experience with insurance carriers and TPAs.
