Position Overview:
This role is critical in transforming raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and integrating data across systems to support strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with BI tools, understands sales metrics, and can confidently present insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze sales and operational data to track key metrics such as:
- Conversion rates
- Production performance
- Perform data validation and qualification to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM systems, APIs, internal databases) into unified dashboards
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to identify reporting needs
- Automate reporting processes and optimize existing workflows
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst, workflow analyst, or similar role
- Tableau and/or Power BI
- Data integration and APIs
- Data validation and data cleaning techniques
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and funnel analysis
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales data (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar)
