Job Summary

As Billing Operations Working Student, you will play a key role in keeping BLP Digital's billing data accurate and trustworthy. This involves reviewing and validating entries in our billing tool, cross-checking records against contracts, and cleaning up historical data. You will work closely with one of our Product Managers, supporting daily ops tasks and adjacent projects. Proficiency in German is a requirement, as the majority of our contracts and internal context are in German.

Main Duties:

• Review and validate data in our billing tool, spotting inconsistencies and anomalies.

• Cross-check billing records against contracts and source documents.

• Clean up historical data and keep new data structured and tidy.

• Support the Product Manager on adjacent projects and daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Enrolled student with some prior work experience (internship, working student role, or similar).

• Proficiency in German is required, on top proficiency in English is preferred.

• Comfortable in Excel and quick to pick up new tools.

• Structured, self-reliant, and detail-oriented working approach.
