About the Role:

Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Workplace Coordinator to create exceptional workplace experiences for our Sunnyvale office. As the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors, you will deliver a warm, professional front desk experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing workplace.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Sunnyvale office, requiring on-site presence five days per week. In this hands-on role, you will partner closely with the Workplace Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, support employee engagement initiatives, and help foster a welcoming, productive, and inclusive office environment.

As Crusoe continues to scale in 2026, your adaptability, attention to detail, and dedication to operational excellence will play a key role in shaping our Sunnyvale office into a thriving hub for our team.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Serve as the face of the Sunnyvale office, providing a friendly, professional, and consistent front desk experience for employees, visitors, and vendors
  • Manage visitor check-ins using the visitor management system and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Support daily front desk and office operations, acting as the primary point of contact for general workplace inquiries.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure conference rooms, shared spaces, and office areas are clean, organized, stocked, and fully functional. Address any discrepancies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and facilities partners as needed to address office needs
  • Assist with planning and executing office events, including setup, breakdown, and catering coordination.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and company-wide activities.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding logistics and setup for visiting employees,
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and well-run office environment that reflects Crusoe’s values and culture.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination, front desk, office management, or operations roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Are comfortable being fully on-site five days per week and supporting a front desk–focused role.
  • Enjoy supporting day-to-day office operations and taking ownership of a physical workplace.
  • Take pride in delivering a polished, welcoming, and high-quality front desk experience.
  • Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Are resourceful and solution-oriented, able to anticipate needs and address issues before they escalate.
  • Are passionate about creating engaging, well-run workplace experiences that support employee success.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $87,500 - $103,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
