We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Workplace Coordinator to help shape an exceptional office experience in Warsaw. If you love bringing people together, creating memorable moments, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — this role is for you.

You’ll be at the heart of our office culture, making sure our workplace is not just functional, but vibrant, welcoming, and inspiring.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Bring our office to life by organizing engaging employee experiences — from happy hours to holiday parties and creative in-office initiatives

• Turn ideas into reality by planning and executing events requested by teams and colleagues

• Partner with the local teams on larger and external events

• Own the look and feel of the office by managing furniture and supply procurement

• Act as a connector across teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders and site leadership

• Design and maintain seating plans that support collaboration and growth

• Contribute to regional and global workplace projects, helping shape the future of how we work

• Keep daily office operations running seamlessly while always looking for ways to improve the experience

• As person to go you are happy working 5 days per week in on-site

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3–4 years of experience in a fast-growing, dynamic environment (ideally in tech)

• A natural people person with an outgoing, positive, and proactive attitude

• A strong service mindset — you enjoy helping others and creating great experiences

• Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on approach

• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

• Strong communication skills in English and Polish
