職務内容：

・当社タイトルに関わる各種テキストの校正、校閲、リライト

・文化的リスク、トーンの不一致、および表現上の改善点の洗い出し

・関連部署に対し、日本語ネイティブとしての文化的知見およびプレイヤー視点でのフィードバックの提供

・校正・品質管理に関わるツールやワークフローの検証および改善への参加

―必須要件―

・日本語として正しく、違和感のない、表現力と魅力に富んだ文章に校正できる方

・既定のスタイルガイドに従って適切な文章に仕上げられる方

・物語に対する読解力があり、矛盾を見つけた際に調整できる文章力のある方

・日本の文化、トレンド、ネット用語、およびプレイヤーの行動に対する理解のある方

・AIをはじめとする新しいツールや技術に対して抵抗がない方

・中国語もしくは英語の文章を読解できる方（各種資料を確認できるレベル）

―歓迎要件―

・一定の文化、文学的知識について自信のある方

　例：日本の詩歌（古典/現代）、古文、歴史的仮名遣い、西洋詩、洋画翻訳口調など

・「言語能力 + α」のプロファイルをお持ちの方（例：言語能力 + 技術力・データ力・マーケティング力など）

・AIをはじめとする新しいツールを業務に取り入れた経験がある方

・中国語もしくは英語での業務コミュニケーションが可能な方

・業務に対する責任感や熱意のある方

・ゲームが好きな方

・「崩壊」シリーズ、「原神」、「ゼンレスゾーンゼロ」などの当社リリースタイトルのストーリーやキャラを理解している方

・オタク文化（マンガ、アニメ、ラノベ、ゲーム等）に詳しい方
