What you’ll achieve
As a member of Server Hardware Engineering Graduate Program, you will join the server product development process and assign to a development team which enables your understanding in connecting relationship between system and server products. You will have chance to engage with multidisciplinary engineering functional from Platform, Power Supply, Validation to Software to touch and learn cross function communication and leading threads.
The program provides you with a broader engineering view and helps you build up the skills, perspectives, and connections enabling you to become a solution architect or engineer leader in your career.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering related fields and expect to graduate between February 2026 to August 2027 Preliminary understanding of Hardware (Electrical) or Firmware knowledge. Interest about Dell AI platform development on multiple Engineering area which across HW/FW/SW and cross function collaboration. Engage and patriciate in assigned tasks contributed to the overall platform development successGood communication skill with fluent English and Chinese
