Who we are

CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone.

We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers and the neighborhoods they’re in. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.

We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What you'll do

This is a full-cycle sales role for a driven seller who thrives on building pipelines, developing relationships, and closing new business. As an Account Executive, you'll own the sales process from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close, identifying and converting restaurant operators into CloudKitchens partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification through discovery, negotiation, and closing.

Build and manage your own pipeline through cold calling, cold emailing, field prospecting, and multi-channel outreach.

Conduct discovery conversations to understand restaurant operators' businesses, challenges, and growth goals, and position CloudKitchens accordingly.

Manage prospects throughout the sales process, maintaining momentum, handling objections, and driving opportunities toward close.

Develop strong relationships with prospective restaurant partners and act as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process.

Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity tracking, and prospect notes in Salesforce.

Develop a deep understanding of CloudKitchens' value proposition and confidently communicate it to restaurant owners and operators.

What we're looking for

2+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience owning a full sales cycle in a quota-carrying role.

Strong hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, cold emailing, field prospecting, and generating your own pipeline.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing new business.

Comfortable managing the sales process from initial outreach through discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and close.

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into compelling business opportunities.

Comfortable working in a high-activity, performance-driven sales environment.

Competitive, resilient, and persistent, with a strong sense of ownership over your results.

Coachable and comfortable receiving continuous feedback to improve performance.
