About The Role:
In this role, you will oversee essential daily facility services, including managing cafeteria operations, coordinating shuttle services, and maintaining corporate mobile subscriptions and device allocations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for service providers, ensuring strict compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards while seamlessly supporting internal events, meetings, and training sessions. Additionally, you will handle operational expense tracking by controlling related invoices and actively driving opex saving projects to optimize facility costs.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Controlling the facility services (Transportation, catering services, company SIM cards and devices) and supporting organization on solving problems,
- Manage daily cafeteria operations, coordinate catering providers, monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards,
- Coordinate employee shuttle services, monitor services performance and manage providers,
- Support internal company events, meetings and trainings catering services,
- Manage corporate mobile phone lines, SIM cards, mobile subscriptions and device allocation,
- Control and record related invoices and opex saving projects
Qualities We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Food Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in facility management,
- Good knowladge of excel, g-sheet usage and experienced on formulas, pivot tables etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Interpersonal relationship-building and negotiation skills,
- Vendor management experience including performance management,
- The ability to draw information from different sources,
- Good command of written and spoken English
