AI Transformation Senior Project Manager (VP) — Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms

Role Summary

Join our Corporate Technology team to shape and accelerate firmwide technology transformation, delivering measurable business outcomes and improved employee experiences. As a Vice President, AI Transformation Senior Project Manager within Employee Platforms Delivery & Execution, you will lead strategy-to-execution for an Operating Committee-sponsored, multi-year transformation spanning HR and Technology.

You will translate executive intent into a clear outcomes framework, integrated roadmap, and disciplined delivery across multiple workstreams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, architecture, product, HR, and control functions to drive delivery transparency, manage interdependencies, and enable sustained adoption—while embedding responsible AI capabilities into program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program delivery for a complex, multi-year transformation, translating Operating Committee priorities into clear problem statements, target outcomes, milestones, and measurable success metrics.

Lead governance and executive operating cadence, including OKRs/KPIs, executive steering materials, RAID, dependency management, delivery health reporting, and decision/approval forums to enable timely, well-informed decisions.

Create and maintain integrated program plans across teams and vendors, including sequencing, resourcing inputs, requirements/feature tracking, milestones, and cutover/rollout planning to ensure on-time delivery and seamless integration with existing platforms.

Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, architecture, product, HR, and key stakeholders to clarify scope, value case, dependencies, and trade-offs; maintain accountability across workstreams and remove blockers.

Enable change management, adoption, and benefits realization, partnering with HR and change stakeholders on communications, training approaches, readiness tracking, and measurement of realized outcomes to ensure solutions embed into business-as-usual.

Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, surfacing concerns early, driving mitigation plans, and executing appropriate escalation paths with clear options and recommendations.

Deliver executive-ready narratives and insights, using crisp synthesis and data visualization to communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, decisions required, and recommendations.

Facilitate workshops and decision forums that build shared understanding, resolve ambiguity, and maintain momentum across HR and Technology leadership.

Strengthen delivery discipline and continuous improvement, applying modern delivery practices and helping teams inspect/adapt operating rhythms, metrics, and ways of working to improve predictability and outcomes.

Champion AI fluency and responsible adoption of agentic capabilities, identifying and delivering opportunities to embed AI-assisted workflows into program execution (e.g., portfolio insights, delivery automation, risk identification, stakeholder communications) in partnership with product, engineering, and control stakeholders.

Lead experimentation and learning loops, running lightweight pilots with defined success measures, capturing lessons learned, and scaling what works with appropriate governance and risk management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

7+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in technology program delivery, transformation execution, or portfolio management within a large, complex organization.

Demonstrated ability to lead delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups, including complex planning, dependency management, and executive-level communication.

Strong strategic and analytical capability to define success measures, assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data-driven metrics (OKRs/KPIs, delivery health indicators).

Strong governance and controls orientation, including risk/issue management, documentation rigor, and operating committee/steering engagement.

Proven ability to deliver adoption and change outcomes (communications, readiness, training coordination, benefits tracking) as part of sustained transformation.

Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable driving alignment, negotiating trade-offs, and presenting clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Fluency across delivery methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) with sound judgment to apply the right approach per initiative.

High adaptability and structured problem-solving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Strong technical fluency across modern platforms and digital tools, enabling effective partnership with architecture and engineering teams.

AI fluency and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to evaluate and apply agentic tools to improve delivery execution and transparency while balancing governance and risk.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience supporting programs spanning HR and Technology / employee platforms.

Strong executive communication skills (clear writing, crisp synthesis, decision-oriented storytelling).

Certifications (Agile/Scrum, PMP, Lean, Prosci/change management) a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

What Success Looks Like

A clear, outcomes-driven roadmap with measurable milestones and transparent execution health.
