The Analytics Engineer will play a key role in partnering with different Data teams and Data Engineering to conceptualize, design/model and implement Analytics and Business Intelligence Solutions to our data/metrics platform. You will be the go-to person for any data development for internal analytics as also interfacing Product teams and Data Science teams to assist and advise them to build data products.

LOCATION: This position can be remote anywhere in Brazil

WHAT YOU GET TO DO::

Leverage AI-assisted tooling to optimize data pipelines and code generation, and develop AI-ready datasets to support machine learning and GenAI initiatives

Build Data Warehousing systems, reporting and analytics

Understand business needs that can be solved by using data

Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications to support Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering development

Develop and maintain data models and data sets

Develop and maintain data integrations for customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS::

-

4 years of experience as an Analytics or Data Engineer

-

You’re fluent in written and spoken English (please also submit your resume in English)

Experience with AI coding assistants like Cursor and Claude Code

Building OLAP systems and creating and maintaining dimensional models

Working with backend data engineering solutions using SQL and/or Python

Python for data manipulation (mostly Pandas)

Proven experience with data warehouses and associated tooling

Hands-on experience with relational databases and performing advanced SQL queries

Experience working on data modeling and ETL tools

Ability to understand business needs, partnering with Business Analysts and Data Analysts,  to transform into technical requirements and specifications to support data engineering and analytics engineering development

Collaborating with analysts, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to evolve data platform and products

Having a deep understanding of dimensional modeling, data management, data privacy and governance

A self-starter, innovative, result-focused and team-oriented
