About the Opportunity

What would you build if you had the freedom to set your own schedule, choose who you work with, and grow your income without a ceiling?

As an Area Director, you'd launch and lead a Real Producers publication in your market, using a proven business model with the training, tools, and national support to help you succeed. It's freedom, built on a plan.

Real Producers sits at the center of the local real estate community, connecting the top-producing agents in each market with the businesses that serve them, both in print and in person. Imagine being the person behind the publication they're proud to be featured in and the events they don't want to miss.

Position Summary

We're seeking an Area Sales Director to launch, grow, and lead a Real Producers publication in their local market. Area Directors operate as local publishers: building partnerships with businesses that serve the real estate industry, featuring top agents, hosting events that bring them together, and growing a recurring revenue stream.

If accepted, you'd follow a clear, step-by-step launch plan. The first months focus on establishing your territory and building your client base. From there, you'd grow a business with your name on it.

This hybrid opportunity combines in-person relationship building with work from a home office.

Who You Are

You want more control over your time, your income, and your future, and you're ready to build toward it.

You're driven to win, and you take initiative without waiting to be told what's next.

You value a proven plan and will follow a system that works while making it your own.

You're a natural relationship-builder with consultative sales instincts.

You're curious and coachable, always looking to sharpen your skills and learn from people who've done it before.

You don't need to check every box. If this sounds like the life you want to build, we want to hear from you.

What Area Directors Do

Meet with local business owners who serve the real estate community to build long-term advertising partnerships.

Build relationships with their market's top-producing agents and feature their stories in the publication.

Host events that bring advertising partners face to face with the top agents in their market.

Connect advertising partners with the high-performing professionals they most want to reach.

Manage their territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's proven tools and processes.

Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.

Lead their publication's growth as the face of Real Producers in their market.

What Area Directors Love

Freedom over your time: Imagine building your workday around your life, not the other way around.

A proven path: Step-by-step training and repeatable systems, so you'd never be guessing what comes next.

Something of your own: A business and a reputation in your market.

Influence in your industry: Become a known connector among your area's top real estate professionals.

A team behind you: A supportive, nationally recognized organization invested in your success.

Income Snapshot

The average yearly commission earned among the top 10% of Reporting Publications (the 11 highest earning publications out of 109 total) was $345,182.00. Within this group, the median was $297,114.00, the highest was $650,606.00, and the lowest was $263,575.00.
