About the role

Original posting from Influ2 via Lever

Influ2 brings your ABM to the contact-level. With Influ2, you can act on contact-level intent, reach specific buyers with ads, and make the revenue impact clear.

200+ enterprises and mid-market companies worldwide, including industry leaders such as Snowflake, AppsFlyer, and Capgemini, love our technology. We hope you will love it too.

As a QA engineer, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and quality of software applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify testing requirements, develop comprehensive test plans, and deploy automated testing solutions. Your role involves analyzing test results, pinpointing defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently. Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, you will continuously enhance the automation testing process to contribute to the overall excellence of software products.

What you’ll do::

  • Automate E2E, UI, and API tests for a microservice-based web platform (Java, Selenide, Selenoid, Cucumber, REST Assured).
  • Perform functional testing, design test cases based on user stories, and verify features across UI, API, and database.
  • Test integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM.
  • Analyze nightly regression results, investigate failures, identify root causes, fix broken tests, improve test stability, and report defects.
  • Support the release process by conducting regression testing and validating critical functionality.
  • Maintain and improve the test automation framework and CI pipelines (GitLab CI).
  • Use AI tools (Claude) to streamline routine QA tasks.

Experience::

  • 3+ years of test automation experience for web applications, covering both UI and API.
  • Solid Java skills and hands-on experience with Selenide or Selenium.
  • Experience testing REST APIs.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL).
  • Experience testing microservice-based applications.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • The ability to troubleshoot automation issues on your own and keep test suites stable.

Good to have::

  • Experience with Cucumber / BDD.
  • Hands-on use of AI assistants in QA work (our team uses Claude).
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, including APIs and integrations.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery.
  • Experience with UI performance testing (page load metrics), which we’re starting to introduce.

Skills::

  • Self-organization: You set your own priorities, flag risks early, and meet deadlines without close supervision.
  • Analytical thinking: You look for root causes, not just symptoms, and you rely on data to make decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with engineering and product teams, share quality risks clearly, and speak up when quality is at stake.
  • Curiosity: You want to understand how the product works and why, not just what to test. You look for better tools and approaches, including AI.
  • English: Intermediate level is a plus.
