Behavior Technician (RBT) - Eaton Rapids, Michigan

Job Type: Part-Time (approx 20-25 hours/week)

Location: In-Person - Eaton Rapids | Charlotte | Bellevue

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule Options (any or all):

Mon/Weds: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Mon/Weds/Fri: 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Tues/Thurs: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Who We Are:

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
  • Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
  • Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
  • Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
  • Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
  • 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
