Bookkeeping Assistant

And we’re looking for a Bookkeeping Assistant to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accounts payable data entry: Coding invoices to the correct general ledger (GL) account numbers and adding notes for company allocations.
Bank reconciliations: Handling monthly reconciliations for approximately 14 bank accounts.
Credit card management: Getting credit card transactions into QuickBooks using Expensify to divvy up expenses to the correct GL accounts.
Communication: Writing clear notes on invoice allocations and sending end-of-day shift reports.

Qualifications:
Mid-tier bookkeeper with at least 3+ years of experience, specifically with U.S. bookkeeping terminology, GL accounts, and financial documentation.
Solid experience with QuickBooks Online and Expensify.
High-level reading, writing, and comprehension.
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
