About the role

About EliseAI

At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.

By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

  • Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.
  • Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $350 million https://eliseai.com/blog/intelligence-is-getting-cheaper-life-should-too funding round at a $4 billion valuation led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners to accelerate this mission.

About The Role

As Channel & Alliances Partnerships, Senior Manager, you will build and lead EliseAI's channel and alliances motion—the indirect, ecosystem-driven engine that extends our reach and revenue through resellers, referral partners, co-sell relationships, and technology alliances. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Partnerships, you will own the strategy, program architecture, economics, and execution that turn partners into a scalable, repeatable source of growth.

This is a builder's role. You won't inherit a mature program to maintain—you will design the playbook from the ground up, stand up the infrastructure and incentives that make it work, and land the anchor partnerships that prove the model. You'll operate with significant autonomy and be accountable for a genuine growth channel, not a set of one-off deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build EliseAI's channel & alliances program from 0→1—partner segmentation and tiering, deal registration, referral and co-sell economics, enablement, certification, and joint go-to-market
  • Source, negotiate, and launch high-impact channel and alliance partnerships across resellers, referral partners, technology alliances, systems integrators, and platform ecosystems
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a measurable growth channel, and the metrics that govern it (partner-sourced ARR, attach rate, deal-registration volume, time-to-first-deal)
  • Stand up the operational backbone that lets the motion scale—partner onboarding, deal flow, co-marketing, and the systems (PRM, reporting, incentive tracking) behind it
  • Align internal stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, and leadership around a coherent partner strategy and shared incentives
  • Build and manage senior, executive-level relationships with partners ranging from startups to large enterprises, and represent EliseAI in high-stakes partner conversations
  • Help attract, hire, and develop top-tier talent as the function grows
  • Note: This is a partnership-building role focused on channel and ecosystem partners. It carries revenue accountability through partners, but it is not a direct, quota-carrying sales

role.

Move at rocket speed, build something massive.

We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff.

We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or business development, with a proven track record of leading channel/alliance motions at high-growth startups or

technology companies

  • Demonstrated experience building a channel or alliances motion from 0→1—designing the program, economics, and enablement, not only operating one that already exists
  • Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with the ability to model partner economics and translate data into program and prioritization decisions
  • Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and across partner organizations
  • Experience with APIs and technical integrations strongly preferred, given the ecosystem and alliances nature of the role
  • Ability and willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week

Why Join

Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn https://www.eliseai.com/blog/eliseai-raises-250m-series-e!) startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.

Benefits

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

  • Equity in the company
  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
  • Fully paid parental leave
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401k benefits
  • Fitness & home services stipend to cover part of your expenses so you can focus on what matters
  • A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office
  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
  • We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
