Maintain a robust, regulator-ready internal control system;

Prepare documentation and explanations for external auditors and the National Bank of Kazakhstan;

Act as the key finance stakeholder in interactions with the regulator, external auditors, tax authorities, and correspondent banks;

Lead and coordinate the accounting team, including outsourced providers and the group's central accounting function.

Full-scope accounting experience under IFRS and Kazakhstan legislation, including an understanding of reporting requirements for international groups of companies;

Strong knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CIT, withholding CIT, VAT, individual income tax, social payments), with experience of tax audits and liaison with tax authorities;

Knowledge of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Payments and Payment Systems" and requirements for first-category payment organisations, including client fund segregation, prudential norms, and capital requirements;

Experience with external annual and quarterly audits conducted by a Big Four firm, and with preparing documentation and explanations for auditors and regulators;

Experience with NetSuite (Oracle), including bookkeeping, reporting, and general ledger modules;
