ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an AI-powered procurement technology company as Chief of Staff, working closely with the founders and team. You will turn strategic priorities into action, strengthen go-to-market execution, and build the systems needed to support the company's growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive high-priority initiatives from strategic decisions through execution, helping the founders focus on the most impactful work.
- Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation.
- Develop operational processes and tools for reporting, vendor management, and internal coordination.
- Identify useful AI tools, run experiments, and support adoption across company functions.
- Lead cross-functional projects, including market analysis, competitive positioning, pricing, and partnerships.
- Communicate key decisions and keep teams aligned so initiatives continue to move forward.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as consulting, venture capital, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.
- Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of their practical capabilities.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Interest in AI-enabled software and procurement technology; prior experience in the sector is not specified as a requirement.
