· Maintain and manage revenue forecasts, pipelines, and budgets, and lead monthly forecast reviews with agency leadership

· Serve as a trusted partner to client teams with a strong understanding of client P&Ls and overall financial health

· Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and engagement model

· Review contracts and billing terms for accuracy, compliance, and optimization, making recommendations when needed

· Monitor receivables and collaborate with Client Experience and clients to resolve outstanding balances

· Provide timely, insightful financial support to Client Experience teams, including detailed job-level insights

· Prepare reporting to help leadership understand project performance and historical trends

· Assist with annual audits, ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and audit-ready

· Leverage financial systems and other tools to identify efficiencies, build reports, and support Brand Leaders

· Ensure contracts and SOWs are accurately reflected in job setup, service periods, and fee allocations

· Maintain organized, compliant client folders and financial documentation

· Clear, confident communication skills and comfort partnering with non-finance stakeholders

· Solid understanding of job-based accounting, client billing, and ASC 606

Qualifications
