About the Role

Our team is looking for a Client Operations Intern to join our Client Service team and help delight our clients by resolving day-to-day issues seamlessly and efficiently.

We’re looking for a driven, inquisitive, and customer-oriented candidate who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with clients, troubleshoot issues, and look for ways to continuously improve their experience.

Responsibilities / What you’ll learn:

  • Communicate directly with clients and help resolve their day-to-day questions and issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues by gathering information, investigating possible causes, and identifying the right next steps.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Rho’s product, systems, and operational processes.
  • Analyze client feedback and recurring issues and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve the overall client experience.
  • Gain exposure to AI, automation, and modern tools while looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Fresh graduate, final-year student, or candidate with a few years of experience (Faculty of Philology, Faculty of Philosophy, or other humanities studies preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Open-minded and willing to think critically, challenge assumptions constructively, and suggest improvements.
  • Flexible, reliable, fast learner and willing to adapt to changing team needs when required.
  • Team player who wants to assimilate into the team culture.

The selection process consists of a technical task, an HR interview, and interviews with team members.
