Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant cloud security, cybersecurity engineering, systems engineering, or cloud-operations experience.
- Advanced experience leading secure cloud and hybrid architectures, baselines, continuous monitoring, security-tool administration, configuration management, audits, and operational improvement.
- For a SecDevOps assignment, the PWS specifies AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Security Specialty, and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional.
- For a network-focused assignment, the PWS specifies AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified Security Specialty, and AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty.
- Strong technical leadership, incident analysis, cost and performance optimization, documentation, training, and Government communication skills.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant cybersecurity modernization, Zero Trust, security architecture, or security engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of OMB M-22-09, CISA's Zero Trust Maturity Model, NIST SP 800-207, Executive Order 14028, and federal Zero Trust guidance.
- Experience conducting architecture, tool, configuration, process, readiness, and gap assessments across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience developing implementation roadmaps, strategies, metrics, dashboards, schedules, risk registers, and technical recommendations.
- Strong facilitation, technical writing, presentation, stakeholder-coordination, and documentation skills.
