If you enjoy understanding customer behavior, working with data, and turning insights into business opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical person who enjoys getting into the details of how a business works — from pricing and packages to market opportunities and customer behavior. You’ll help turn data and market research into practical improvements, support the execution of pricing and offering changes, and work closely with teams across Saily to bring them to life. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who is curious, structured, detail-oriented, and eager to understand what drives revenue and customer decisions.

  • Explore and implement new and innovative pricing models to drive business growth.
  • Lead execution of comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and implement A/B tests to assess the impact of pricing and offering changes on customer behavior.
  • Forecast revenue and profitability based on pricing and offering strategies and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • Successful previous experience in a similar role: Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, or Consultant in business consulting, venture capital, investments, or startup.
  • Degree in finance or economics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with many stakeholders, e.g., data analyst, CRO, product owners, UX designers, etc.
  • Ability to identify and constructively present business problems/topics to main stakeholders.
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Proactiveness and meticulous attention to detail.
