Job Description

In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination. 

  • Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change. 
  • Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. 
  • Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.  

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators.

This task includes: 

  • Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution  
  • Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner 

Education & Experience:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree, and 2 - 4 years of related experience 

Certifications:

  • Required: IAT II = Security+, CySA+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Desired: ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve 

Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.):

  • Day Shift.  This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required.
