Ensure contract actions comply with FAR/DFARS, agency supplements, corporate policy, and applicable public law.

Identify, flag, and help resolve contractual risks (e.g., scope creep, funding gaps, IP/data rights issues, non-compliant terms) in coordination with Legal, Program Management, and Engineering.

Support flow-down of prime contract terms and conditions to subcontracts and suppliers as applicable.

Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract files and documentation in accordance with corporate records retention and government audit requirements (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).

Partner with Program Management, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align contractual requirements with program execution, funding profiles, and technical baselines.

Support proposal development by reviewing solicitations (RFPs/RFQs/RFIs), advising on terms and conditions, and coordinating contract-related proposal inputs.

Track contract funding, incremental funding actions, and options; coordinate timely exercise or extension actions to avoid performance gaps.
