We are looking for a Coordinator, Creative & Design to join the [solidcore] Content team. This is a hands-on execution role for a designer who thrives in a fast-moving brand environment and takes ownership of both the work and the process behind it. You will work directly under the Manager, Creative & Design and will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets, supporting the content planning process, and owning the trafficking and organization of creative work from intake through delivery.

This role sits within the Content team, which reflects how we think about design at [solidcore]: creative exists to fuel content, and this role ensures that fuel is always ready, on-brand, and on time.

Key Responsibilities::

Content & Community Management

Manage posting schedules to ensure timely posting of content based on optimized publishing times

Maintain and update the content calendar with visibility to cross-functional partners to streamline social workflows and approvals

Communicate changes or updates for alignment within overarching marketing initiatives as needed

Respond promptly to DMs and comments across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X, surfacing to internal teams for escalation as needed

Speak through brand voice to create opportunities for connection with current and prospective clients

Social Listening & Analysis

Monitor social listening dashboards and track brand mentions, sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging trends

Flag notable conversations, potential issues, and engagement opportunities to the team in real time

Track performance across owned channels and spot what’s driving results at the post, campaign, and channel level

Build and maintain monthly performance reporting decks that turn data into clear takeaways, including wins, underperformers, and recommended next steps

Content Ideation, Creation & Copywriting

Contribute to monthly content calendar development, pitching ideas that inspire, entertain, and educate [solidcore] clients across social platforms

Identify relevant trends and develop timely, platform-native content that fits our brand

Coordinate production timelines and logistics for content shoots at studios and HQ

Write creative briefs and guide coaches & studio teams in creating content, reviewing submissions for quality and brand alignment

Own content creation end to end when needed, from concept through on-site shooting, short-form video editing and publishing, while also supporting larger shoots alongside the broader team

Own caption writing for all posts, ensuring copy is on-brand, platform-appropriate and optimized for engagement

Innovation

Keep up with industry news in the social space and bring new ideas to the team on how to use the latest insights to amplify [solidcore] social channels
