We’re home to the UK’s largest choice of properties and are the go-to destination for millions of people planning their next move, reading the latest industry news, or just browsing what’s on the market.

Package - £40,000 to £50,000, £7.5k OTE (guaranteed for the first 4 months) & a company car

As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove gives everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us continue delivering outstanding value to our partners, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our New Homes team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with three of our largest and most influential New Homes partners  focusing on long‑term value, trusted relationships and strategic account servicing rather than constant new business growth. You’ll work closely with an Area Director, supporting group‑level conversations while owning day‑to‑day engagement across regional marketing teams.

This role is hybrid, with a mix of home working and national travel. You can expect up to two days per week on the road, attending partner meetings, reviews and events when needed. You’ll be part of one of our regional teams and play a key role in ensuring our partners continue to see the full value of Rightmove’s products, insights and performance tools.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be responsible for leading the day‑to‑day servicing and strategic development of two major corporate New Homes partners, ensuring strong engagement at both group and regional level.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as the primary point of contact for group‑level stakeholders and regional marketing teams

Supporting Area Directors in strategic partner meetings, business reviews and long‑term account planning

Meeting regularly with regional contacts to deliver performance reviews, insights and value‑led conversations

Ensuring partners maximise the value of Rightmove products, packages and performance tools

Supporting the rollout and adoption of new features, reporting and insights

Managing queries efficiently and maintaining clear, accurate CRM updates and account plans

Representing Rightmove at partner meetings, conferences and industry events

Success in this role is measured through strong relationship management, consistent activity, high‑quality servicing and delivering value that supports spend stability and long‑term growth.

What success looks like:

90%+ completion of regional meetings each month

A minimum of 12 meetings per week

Timely and consistent query handling

Clear, high‑quality meeting notes and follow‑ups

Strong partner satisfaction and product adoption

Support for month‑on‑month spend stability or growth

Who you are:

Proactive, organised and commercially aware

Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders

Comfortable leading value‑based, insight‑driven conversations

Curious, data‑driven and keen to understand partner performance

Happy with national travel and hybrid working

Experienced in account management, relationship servicing or client‑facing roles (New Homes experience is a plus, but not essential)

Salary range£40,000—£50,000 GBP
