We believe the future of e-commerce is social. That’s why we’re building a team of high-agency individuals who thrive on ownership, autonomy, and speed. Spotlight is not just a place to execute campaigns-it’s a blank canvas where ambitious people can build real leverage, take on increasing responsibility, and grow into senior operators quickly. Our culture is high-performing, entrepreneurial, and unapologetically ambitious.

Join us, and you’ll have the trust, resources, and runway to redefine what’s possible for the world’s leading brands.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Creator Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of paid creator campaigns across our portfolio of TikTok Shop brands. Working closely with our US-based Creator Management team, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of creator partnerships throughout the full campaign lifecycle — from identifying and engaging creators through contracting, onboarding, content delivery, and campaign close-out.

This role is central to how our campaigns run: brands entrust us with significant budgets each month, and the coordinator's work ensures every campaign is fully staffed, every creator is supported, and every deliverable is completed on schedule. It is a high-volume, detail-driven position best suited to someone who has managed paid creator collaborations professionally and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving.

We are specifically looking for candidates with prior experience at an influencer marketing, UGC, creator management, or talent agency, where they personally coordinated paid creator partnerships end to end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and evaluate creators for paid campaigns based on brand fit, content quality, and campaign requirements
  • Manage creator outreach and follow-up communications across email, SMS, and social channels until each campaign is fully staffed
  • Administer creator agreements and onboarding, including contract delivery, signature collection, and documentation
  • Coordinate product logistics with participating creators and confirm receipt ahead of production timelines
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creators during active campaigns, providing timely, professional support
  • Track contracted deliverables from kickoff through final posting, proactively following up to keep campaigns on schedule
  • Support creator payment workflows, ensuring documentation is accurate and submitted on time
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign records and provide regular status reporting to the Creator Management team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience at an influencer marketing, UGC, creator management, or talent agency, with direct, hands-on responsibility for paid creator collaborations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent creator partnerships without losing track of details or timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal English (C1 or above); all creator and internal communication is conducted in English
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • A professional, relationship-oriented communication style — able to hold creators to deadlines and quality standards while maintaining strong working relationships
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, project trackers, and CRM or creator-management platforms
  • Availability to work hours aligned with US Eastern Time

PREFERRED

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
  • Familiarity with creator discovery and campaign management platforms
  • Experience supporting US beauty, personal care, or CPG brands

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Full-time remote position based in Colombia or Brazil, with compensation in USD
  • A seat at one of the fastest-growing agencies in social commerce, working with leading US brands
  • Significant room for growth as the team scales, with a clear path toward senior operations roles
  • Direct collaboration with an experienced, US-based team
