Help turn great customer experiences into lasting customer relationships.

As Customer Marketing Manager at Absorb, you’ll bring our product launches to life for our customers, creating campaigns and experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and value. You’ll lead customer advocacy and our Innovation Council programs, own key channels like webinars and our customer newsletter, and partner closely across Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, and GTM to ensure our customers are informed, inspired, and excited about what’s next.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and execute customer campaigns for product launches, from beta recruitment through GA and post-launch adoption, working from GTM's launch plan and PMM's messaging.
  • Turn product messaging into customer-facing copy for email, in-app (Pendo), webinars and the customer newsletter.
  • Maintain the customer communications calendar across launches, so releases are bundled and sequenced and customers aren't overloaded with change.
  • Produce the monthly customer newsletter and track engagement to improve it.
  • Run adoption campaigns for priority products, starting with Aura, with Lifecycle Marketing targeting the right accounts.
  • Own and manage the Innovation Council: recruit and onboard participants, keep them engaged, and match them to upcoming alphas and betas.
  • Grow the customer advocacy pipeline: reviews on G2 and similar sites, references, testimonials, case studies and customer speakers, with a focus on recent launches.
  • Track and report on campaign and advocacy results: adoption among targeted accounts, webinar attendance, advocacy output and Innovation Council participation.
  • Work with Product Marketing, GTM, Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and the Content and Creative teams to deliver customer programs.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years in customer marketing, customer advocacy or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience running campaigns for product launches or feature adoption.
  • Strong writer who can turn product messaging into clear customer communications.
  • Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce); Pendo and review platforms such as G2 are a plus.
  • Organized enough to run several programs at once, and comfortable with numbers to report on them.
  • Experience in learning technology or HR tech is a plus.

Technologies we use:

  • Microsoft office, Teams, Claude, Confluence, Salesforce, Absorb LMS
