Willingness and ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 support schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hands-on exposure to at least one of the following AWS services: AWS Glue, Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift, Amazon ECS, or AWS Fargate.

Working SQL scripting skills and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

Experience troubleshooting production applications, including user-reported and system-generated issues, authentication and login issues involving Keycloak and AWS access services, and basic NGINX troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with both Oracle and Sybase ASE database environments.

Experience in a network operations center (NOC), help desk, or 24/7 production support environment.
