  • Design and operate joiner, mover, and leaver workflows, including complete access removal during offboarding.
  • Roll out and manage an identity platform, including single sign-on, provisioning, and user lifecycle workflows.
  • Maintain an inventory of tools, accounts, credentials, licenses, and renewal dates to support security and consolidation decisions.
  • Manage the MSP relationship, service levels, vendor contracts, renewals, and license consolidation.
  • Build backend integrations that support a cross-portfolio data platform.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Six to ten years of hands-on IT operations, systems administration, or MSP and consulting experience, including at least three years in IT leadership.
  • Experience supporting multiple companies, business units, or clients, and leading IT work from acquisition diligence through post-close integration.
  • Fluency with identity and access platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or JumpCloud, as well as SSO.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight.
  • Ability to map undocumented IT environments, build practical playbooks, manage stakeholders at all levels, and navigate centralized and decentralized IT models.
  • Portfolio or holding company experience is a plus. Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or defense is also a plus.
