About Fora

Fora is the modern travel agency, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs to build thriving travel advisory businesses. We're modernizing the $100B+ travel industry with AI woven through every part of the advisor's workflow, plus global supplier relationships, personalized training, and a vibrant community, all in one place. That's what lets advisors build businesses that scale, while their taste and service create trips no algorithm alone could plan. At the heart of it all is our mission: to help the next generation of travel entrepreneurs turn their love for travel into a fulfilling career, whether full-time or part-time.

We're mission-driven and obsessed with our customers, and we believe humans and AI are both essential: the best work here comes from people and technology at their best, together. That's not just a philosophy about our product, it's how we build our team. Everyone at Fora gets hands-on with frontier AI tooling as part of the job. At Fora, you'll learn to be AI-fluent, with real experience applying AI to solve problems day to day, wherever you sit in the company.

Founded in 2021, Fora has grown to a team of 250+ full-time employees based in downtown New York City. In 2026, we closed a $60 million Series D led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with continued backing from Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, and Heartcore Capital. We've been named a LinkedIn Top Startup (2024), one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies (2023 and 2025), and one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies (2026).

Come build something that hasn't existed before.

About The Role

Fora has a robust DMC (Destination Management Company) portfolio that our Advisors rely on to find partners when planning client travel. As our DMC Supply Lead, you'll own how we find, vet, and bring on those partners, as well as how we keep our portfolio healthy over time. This role will have a direct connection to helping our Advisors grow enduring businesses.

This isn't a traditional sales role. We have more DMC demand than open program slots, so the work is closer to running and optimizing a selection process than chasing prospects. You'll screen and respond to inbound applicants using a process we've already built, then make it better. You'll spot where our portfolio is thin, source and vet partners to close those gaps, and set up new partners to succeed with Advisors. You'll also keep evaluating the DMCs already in the program to inform renewal, renegotiation, or offboarding. You'll report to the GM, Connected Trips, and work closely with Fora's central Partners team, who own final commercial terms. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership of strategy, and your work shows up directly in the tools Advisors rely on.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio gap analysis and sourcing

Build an evergreen process to identify coverage gaps in Fora's DMC portfolio by destination, experience type, or capacity

Source candidates to close those gaps and maintain a pipeline of prospective DMCs across target markets

Vetting and discovery

Screen and respond to inbound DMC applicants, including working through our existing backlog, using and improving the process we've already built

Run discovery and vetting for prospective DMCs, assessing quality, reliability, and operational capacity

Coordinate interview and discovery calls with partners around the world

Partner onboarding

Create and deliver materials that set new DMC partners up to work effectively with Fora Advisors

Ongoing portfolio performance review

Evaluate DMCs already in the program on quality, Advisor feedback, and booking performance

Flag underperformers and recommend renewal, renegotiation, or removal

Work with the Partners team to stand up a quarterly performance cycle that shows DMCs where they stand, their strengths, and where they can improve

Partnership and commercial coordination

Communicate the benefits and expectations of Fora's program to prospective and current DMCs

Partner with the central Partners team, who own and finalize commercial terms, so vetting outcomes translate into the right deal terms

Requirements

6+ years of experience in inbound sales, supply chain, procurement, or supplier management

Hands-on experience running an inbound sales flow or owning a sourcing or vetting process (vetting RFPs counts)
