Job Description:

We are seeking experienced UAS operators to support real-world ISR and operational missions in Ukraine utilizing the V-BAT platform. Operators will work directly alongside partnered military units conducting long-range intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and mission support operations in highly contested electronic warfare environments.

This position is ideal for individuals with prior military aviation, UAS, ISR, or tactical operations experience who are comfortable operating in dynamic and austere environments.

Required qualifications::

Prior military, UAS, aviation, or tactical operations experience

Ability to operate in austere and high-tempo environments

Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Conversational level of English proficiency.

Ability to learn and operate technical systems quickly

Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

Preferred qualifications::

Experience operating Group 2 or Group 3 UAS platforms

Prior ISR, EO/IR, or sensor operator experience

Experience with mission planning and flight operations

Experience training or mentoring operators
