What You'll Do::

  • Own the P&L of all 3 Product Categories in Austria with a focus on profitable growth and margin expansion.
  • Define and execute the category strategy for our categories (Mattresses, Beds, and Accessories)—adapting the global assortment to the Austrian market and uncovering new segment opportunities.
  • Drive Pricing Excellence: Own the local pricing strategy across channels and products to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Lead Go-To-Market Initiatives for new product launches in Austria, collaborating with Global Product Success, Sourcing, Marketing, and UX teams.
  • Manage the Full Product Lifecycle: Plan and coordinate phase-ins/phase-outs for a timely and cost-effective portfolio evolution.
  • Run Campaign & Commercial Planning in alignment with your Marketing counterpart, ensuring an impactful promotional calendar.
  • Partner with the Regional Webshop Team to improve digital conversion and category presentation.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sourcing to improve cost structure and supply performance for the Austrian market.

Who We're Looking For::

  • Fluency in English and German required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting — ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Proven P&L ownership or significant contribution to commercial performance.
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen — you understand pricing, margin drivers, and portfolio management.
  • Business ownership mentality: you take full responsibility, act decisively, and identify growth opportunities proactively.
  • Cross-functional executor: you align teams, manage dependencies, and follow through with high standards.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment.
