  • Deliver L1 support for Azure infrastructure and platform services in production and non-production environments, ensuring timely incident response and operational continuity
  • Monitor Azure services, alerts, dashboards, backup status, and patch compliance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and ServiceNow
  • Perform initial triage and first-level troubleshooting for incidents involving Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and backup failures
  • Maintain ServiceNow ticket hygiene by accurately categorizing, prioritizing, updating, and documenting tickets in line with SLAs
  • Execute approved SOPs and runbooks for routine operational tasks such as service checks, backup verification, log collection, and patch readiness checks
