LIFE AT UIPATH

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

YOUR MISSION

As an Enterprise Sales Executive focused on the Canadian Public Sector, you will help leading government and public institutions unlock the next era of agentic automation, transforming how work gets done across service delivery, operations, and citizen support. Your territory spans Canadian Federal, Provincial, and Municipal government, along with most Universities and Crown corporations (health authorities and most utilities are out of scope). This is a territory built for growth: you'll inherit a large existing account base to expand and renew, alongside significant greenfield opportunity across agencies and institutions UiPath has yet to penetrate.

Partnering with C-suite leaders and digital transformation teams, you will position UiPath as the trusted platform for end-to-end automation, helping public sector professionals remove repetitive work so they can focus on higher-value decisions, better employee and constituent experiences, and improved outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape automation strategy across some of Canada's most important institutions, while being challenged, supported, and inspired by some of the best talent in the field as you build your own path to success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH

  • Assess the territory/market potential across Canadian Federal, Provincial & Municipal government, Universities, and Crown corporations, and develop a sales strategy to maximize UiPath revenue potential across both the existing account base and greenfield accounts
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule
  • Evangelize the UiPath brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling UiPath solutions with a value selling approach
  • Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and operationally
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory, balancing account growth/renewal within the existing base with new logo acquisition across greenfield accounts
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
  • Partner with Customer Engineering group to ensure customer receives maximum value and expedites customer issues as they arise
  • Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
  • Collaborate internally with other sales executives and cross functional groups to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Explore ways of incorporating automation into daily work

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • 5+ years solution/value selling experience
  • 3+ years enterprise account experience selling to Government, Public Sector, or Higher Education customers preferred
  • Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy to understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution
  • Successful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing an enterprise client portfolio
  • Proven success selling new business and new logo consistently, as well as growing and retaining an established account base
  • High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence internally and externally
  • Ability to navigate complex public sector and institutional organizations and develop key points of contact across multiple departments, agencies, and levels of leadership, including the C-suite
  • Provides valuable insights into how to improve the customers' business operations
  • Research and data driven approach to account planning; proactively identify opportunities from business led discussions
  • Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  • Automation first mindset
