Your first three months will be spent in a support function, supporting the operations and facilities departments.  With measured success, you will graduate into a technical function, working with the manufacturing teams to choose one of two technical pathways: assembly or fabrication.  You will then spend six months, in two three-month rotations, learning new technical skills with the manufacturing teams.  Through each three-month rotation, you will be provided the tools, training, and a mentor that will aid in your success.
