About Searchable

Searchable is an agentic marketing platform built for the age of AI search. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have transformed how people discover information. Brands now need to measure and optimise their visibility across all of the major AI search engines.

We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements with Searchable’s AI agent. We’re at $5M ARR in just 10 months, backed by top angels and VCs, and building the team that will define the category.

We’re office-based five days a week near London Bridge. If you thrive in a startup culture where people put in hours because they love solving hard problems and taking radical ownership, you’ll fit right in.

About The Role

You see events as a key growth channel. You’ll build the in-person engine that puts Searchable in front of the marketing leaders, SEO teams and agencies who are working out what AI search means for them, growing our brand, our community and our share of voice.

Reporting to xxto the Marketing Lead and CEO and working as part of our Marketing and Growth team your role will be deciding where we show up, what story we tell, and how every conversation turns into a lasting relationship with Searchable.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the events calendar globally, from flagship industry conferences and sponsorships to the right niche SEO, content and marketing events
  • Own our quarterly key event, 100 key customer targets, in person for high quality thought leadership and networking
  • Design and run our own regular events, including executive dinners, roundtables, breakfast briefings, workshops and customer meetups, from venue and guest list through to the post-event follow-up
  • Own and deliver the key sponsorships we do throughout the year, which events to attend, which to sponsor and how we sponsor and exhibit at the events.
  • Partner with sales on field and account-based plays, building target account lists for each event, booking meetings in advance and making sure every lead end up with the right AEs
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, booth design, swag and on-site staffing
  • Track sourced and influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity and ROI for every event in in our CRM, and write the playbooks that let us run great events repeatedly

What Success Looks Like

  • In your first 3 months, you’ve mapped events landscape for our audience, agreed a 12-month calendar and budget with the growth team, and run our first Searchable-hosted event.
  • By 6 months, we run a regular rhythm of our own events, such as dinners, roundtables and meetups, that marketing and SEO leaders actively ask to be invited to, and every event has a clear follow-up plan already in place.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in events or field marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling to marketing, SEO or agency teams
  • A track record of events that produced pipeline and revenue you can point to, not just attendance and badge scans
  • Experience running both conference sponsorships and small, high-touch executive events, across more than one market
  • Strong organisation and commercial judgement, with the comfort to manage a budget, negotiate with vendors and say no to events that won’t pay back

What you can expect from us

  • Salary: Competitive (DOE)
  • Meaningful early-stage equity pre Series A
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced salary sacrifice pension
  • Workplace nursery scheme
  • Monthly fitness and wellbeing reimbursement
  • Flexibility in hours – around life and family commitments
