Role:

As the Executive Assistant to C-level executives, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Northwood’s executive leadership by providing high-level administrative and strategic support. You will serve as a trusted partner, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and facilitating key initiatives that align with the company’s mission. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inboxes and communicate on behalf of the executives while staying confidential and professional at all times
  • Manage complex calendars for the CEO, CTO and CRO, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, travel, and key engagements.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Proactively organize and prioritize daily workload
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, and materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail and high level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information
  • High proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft, Slack, Notion, etc.)
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
