ROLE DESCRIPTION

Form Energy is hiring a Maintenance Planner to manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and to coordinate/plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and calibration activities. As part of our Facilities Operations team and reporting into our Facilities Operations Supervisor & Manager, you will work on day to day and special evolution maintenance planning in collaboration with Engineering, Process, Technical, Procurement and Production Operations teams. This opportunity is based out of the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Relocation assistance is available.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the local site Facilities administrator of our CMMS Maintain X.
  • Drive utilization of the CMMS to document and track work order execution, asset life-cycle management, and spare parts inventory.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, including planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and calibration tasks to maintain Facilities equipment at the highest level.
  • Prioritize maintenance tasks based on equipment criticality, safety concerns, and production schedules.
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts, tools, and materials for maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and schedule/plan maintenance activities accordingly.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 7-10 years of experience in technical maintenance, maintenance planning or administration in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience implementing and/or administering a CMMS.
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving, scheduling, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
